You’ll be greeted with afternoon tea on arrival and can enjoy a selection of home made sandwiches, scones, cakes and treats, the perfect way to start your Northumbrian break.

Settle into one of our three well appointed en suite rooms where you’ll find everything you need to make your stay exceptional. Each has been lovingly restored in 2019 when the house was redeveloped and boasts every comfort and modern appliance whilst retaining the character of the farm house.

Inside The Night Owl

Choose from our three beautiful rooms, Snowy Owl is a super kingsized room (which can be made into twin beds on request) with ensuite bathroom with a walk in power shower, Eagle Owl has a super kingsized bed (which can be made into twin beds on request) and has a shower over the large bath. Barn Owl is a ground floor twin room that has been adapted to ensure it is suitable for mobility disabilities.

All guests are welcome to use the spacious guest lounge and the grounds throughout their stay. Breakfast is served in the guest lounge. Bedrooms are not refreshed as standard during stays but of course can be done so upon request.
